Pucón Classics (Class II–III+)
COURSE UPDATE: In light of the risks associated with COVID-19, NOC is modifying our operations across all locations including canceling all 2020 International travel for the season. We WILL continue to run courses and programs in the United States during this time with modified guidelines for health and safety, see our COVID-19 Response Page. We hope to see you for adventure travel in 2021. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
This trip is designed for the class II, III and III+ kayakers seeking to improve river running, control kayak on ferries, master combat rolls and navigate rapids on river sections and features safely allowing kayakers to progress. Pucón provides the rivers and features. We provide the great coaches. You provide the strokes.
This itinerary was designed after the Pikes Peak Whitewater Club and Chicago Whitewater Association joined PKH for trips and PKH owner David Hughes volunteered with the Carolina Canoe Club. Like most whitewater clubs the skills varied as much as the paddler’s lively personas. This trip allows groups with various skills to be on the same trip. Yes! We love to teach beginners too.
*Due to water levels, skills, and group needs the following itinerary is subject to change and is only a best prediction of the itinerary.
